About SmokeyBBQ — A Texas Smokehouse in Gazi

SmokeyBBQ opened at Persefonis 26 in Gazi on 14 March 2019, in a converted motorcycle garage that we gutted to its bones. The kitchen runs three offset smokers built in Mesquite, Texas, and burns Greek oak from Mount Pelion paired with hickory shipped from Tennessee. We have one menu, one fire, and one rule: when the meat is gone, the kitchen closes. We do not freeze, we do not reheat, and we do not apologise for selling out.
