The Smokehouse Menu

Everything here is cooked on the pit — low, slow, and over real wood. Brisket goes on the smoker at 22:00 the previous night. By 17:00 the next day, it is done. The menu does not change much, but the specials chalkboard changes with what came off the pit today.
