Is the menu the same every day?
The cuts available depend on what came off the pit that day. Brisket, ribs, and pulled pork are on daily. Whole hog is Sunday-only and sells out — reserve a place. Hot links and turkey breast availabi
Do you take orders for the whole brisket to go?
Yes, for catering orders only. A 5–7kg whole brisket is €120, requires 48 hours' notice, and is pickup only from Persefonis 26. Place your order via the /catering/request-a-quote form.
Can I see the allergen list?
The full allergen list is on the menu page and available from the front of house on request. Our ribs, brisket, and pulled pork contain no gluten as a direct ingredient, but our kitchen is not a glute
How do I reserve a table?
Via the reservation form at /reserve. Walk-ins are welcome but the book fills fast on Saturdays and Sundays. If you arrive without a booking we will seat you as soon as a table clears.
Is there a no-show fee?
Yes. Tables are held for 15 minutes. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur a €15 per-person no-show fee charged to the card held on file. Sunday Whole Hog reservations require a non-refundable €15
Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes, weather permitting — 12 covers on the pavement outside Persefonis 26. Outdoor seating is first come, first served and cannot be reserved separately.
What wood do you use?
Post oak is our primary smoking wood, brought in from a supplier in Northern Greece. We use hickory for the pork ribs and cherry for turkey. The wood stack is visible at the back of the dining room.
Can I watch the pit in action?
The pit room at the back of the building has a window. Corporate Pit Day experience bookings let you work the smoker directly — see /catering for details.
